Refund policy

Every Frognutz item is made to order. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or an unwanted color. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the issue was our error or a refund is required by law.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
